In the planning stage of building their new home, the owners of a newly bought piece of property in the Hollywood Hills called on the years of experience of Digitronic. The company has gained respect in the industry for their seamless design, engineering and ability to provide installation of fully integrated Home Technology Systems. The owners wanted to ensure a simple-to-use and reliable system which gives complete control of the home in a simple and intuitive way.

Digitronic was hired for the project from planning and wiring to the complete finished product. To achieve this master-feat, a Crestron Lighting Control and automation system was installed.
“A formulaic approach is never our model, rather we build systems that add value and enjoyment for our clients long after we complete the projects,” says Fredrik Bystedt, owner of the company.
Digitronic developed a user friendly interface that was deployed for the touch panels. The first order of business was to take away the complexity and adding complete control of the home. The client can now adjust and monitor Heating and Air, control the music, adjust the lights, control the security, fireplace, view cameras, control the shades and the pool temperature from any touch panel in the house.

To tackle security, Digitronic installed a state-of-the-art security system, video monitoring with cameras and entry access. Audio/Video distribution throughout the house from a single head end location removes the need to have equipment in the individual rooms. In addition, a Crestron Lighting Control system provided seamless control over the 85 lighting circuits, pool and exterior water features.
